I want another polarian themed house, dorm is fine too. We were able to buy world themed places with gold up to dragonspyre then it switched to crafted houses, but polaris only has one house and it can only be bought with crowns.
It seems like the new 'wave' are dorms, if they did put one in polaris it should be above the bar in main section. When you go into it there is a door to the left (pretty sure its unused in quest line).
