once you finish triton avenue, firecat alley, and cyclops lane you should be able to get access idk if thats how it goes since it was a long time since i had started WC again
You have to finish the storyline quests on Triton, Firecat, and Cyclops, plus a few other things you're given, before Professor Ambrose will let you venture into Colossus Boulevard.
