Hi wizards! I was wondering whether I could still get dragon board equipments (dragonrider gear, sea dragon, bone dragon mount) from kestrel blackstorm as a level 20 wizard. The wiki said it drops for level 1-29 but there are many people that says it's level 1-19. So I'm a bit confused. Can anyone clear this up?
