Ice Minion Quest

When I just turned level 28 I got a notice from Professor Grayhorse saying to come to her when I got a chance. Then she told me to go and see Mindy Pixiecrown. Then I didn't get a new quest or objective (or the spell) !? Can someone help me?

Ms. Pixiecrown should have told you to go see Mayor Pimsbury in Marleybone. The mayor will have something for you to do.

when you turn a certain level (dont remember) you get a quest from greyrose

then go to Mify Pixecrown.

she tells you to go to MB to see the mayor in the train station

You get a quest to defeat a 8000 or something health boss

you go back to the mayor

then back to Greyrose and you get your card!
