Thanks, what if I also buy one in Krokotopia? Could my sister teleport to me there even though she doesn't have access to Krokotopia? Are houses treated differently than quest areas?

anybody can come to your house subscription or crowns or free play they all can come if a friend is at the house even your friends friend can come

If you buy a house at ANY world then any of your friends can visit you there. Even if that world isn't unlocked for them or if they don't have a subscription. No matter what, friends will be able to go to your house if you want them to be there.
