the Aquila hydra

ok so I noticed that there is a hydra in a Aquila at the building what is that for? I am not all the way up there but can some wizard tell me? please?

I did some looking up and I can answer that for you. That is Ladon, Hera's never-sleeping dragon who guards her golden apples behind that wall in the Garden of Hesparides. He's not fond of anyone taking Apples from the garden.
