-I'm sure everyone knows this, but always use Prisms -Unless you're not targeting the boss specifically and you want to take out the minions, don't put in DoT spells. You can't put 3 prisms in at a time (like fuel) to convert the 3 rounds, so the boss will resist that DoT. However, it is good to use DoT on the minions, because they can cast Elemental Shield, which is useless against DoT's. -If you're taking too much damage from the boss, use Efreet on boss. If from minions, try Smoke Screen. -Fortify is always good to play at all times. Only use Vengeance/Amplify when you know you can attack the following turn. -Since you're you can get a free -80% shield. That's helpful against resisting fire if you cannot get Volcanic Shield or the counterparts. -Try getting an friend who can soak up damage while you can focus on attacks.
