Savannah Entry Level

I was wondering what the average level for the Savannah is? My ice is level 58, very under leveled. Thanks!

***UPDATE*** My ice is now level 63, in Zamunda Outskirts. (Just started). What is the average entry level for that? If you know the entry level for Savannah too, that would be awesome. Thanks.
