I am a level 57 Balance Wizard. I'm simply wondering what level I should be while questing in Zafaria, and should I go back and do some side quests to level myself up? Thank you!
I'd say to continue doing sides until you're at least level 60. That's where the level gage pretty much starts for Zafaria. It'll make questing a little bit easier.

If you haven't done Wintertusk yet, I highly recommend it!
You'll need access to the area anyway to be able to get your level 55 Grizzleheim balance spell, elemental and spirit defuse. As well, having gear from both House of Scales and Waterworks is such a lifesaver as worlds are going to get really tough from here on out. You'll need to be at least level 60 to do those dungeons.
