Why cant i get Text Chat? a question for the teach
My dad forgot his parental control password and hit Forgot Password and i said the new password was sent to his e-mail address. however, i did noy show up in his e-mail! please help.

There could be a couple of reasons
a) check the spam folder on the email account, sometimes emails end up in there.
b) log in to the website with your account username and password and double check the email address that is listed for the parental control. We often see email addresses that are spelled incorrectly or invalid.
If you're sure it's a valid email address, and the email did not land in the spam folder, send an email to support@wizard101.com and Mr. Lincoln will look into this problem for you.
