Death Shield card

I'm a level 33 necromancer and I don't have a card to defend against death magic. I've seen lower level player's have one. So my question is. Where do I find it at?

Go talk to Sabrina Greenstar in Wizard City's Fairegrounds (Where the minigames are.) She's got a Death Shield that knocks off 80% of a death attack.
