Wolverine's Helm

You can check out the names of what a wizard is wearing (and all the stats that come with it) by clicking on the wizard, then click on the arrow at the bottom left of the box, then at the top of that box you'll see "traits" click the arrow next to that and then you can mouse over their stuff to see what they are currently equipped with.

There are many different "versions" of this armor and the name differs by each so this would be really hard to answer for you. There are many of these armor available with different stats, for different schools, for all school, there is even one that is available at as a "blank" to have other stats stitched into it(available mainly at the Dragonspyre shops.)

If you really like that style then just go to the Bazaar in Olde Town and take some time to browse through the gear in there and you will see many pieces of this type of gear available for most all levels...even ones for low level wizards. So, really, these days ANYONE can wear this style armor and those you see with it on are not necessarily high level. I actually make many of my higher level wizards wear lower level looking gear now that we can stitch items together to get the look we want....keeps people from bugging me as much...lol.
