I likw your ideas, but I have one of my own. You know those houses just lining the streets in the Commons? Well, maybe you would be able to BUY those. Say I bought it for 100,000 Gold. I know own that house. A sign would go up in front of the house, saying whose it was. If someone else wanted it, they would have to give me some Gold and I would have to say "Yes, you can have the house." The sign would change, I would lose the house, and he would gain the house.
