Balance Blades?

I was wondering because i have started a new character which is balance.
When do you get the balance blades?

You get balance blade at level 12.
Elemental blade at level 26.
Spirit blade at level 26.
Blade storm after you complete the third world marleybone.
(Elemental and spirit trap are also received at level 26)

You actually get the Elemental Blade and Spirit Blade at level 25. You get the Spirit trap at 20 and Elemental trap at 15
