Help Missing Items From House transfer!

Help I tried to transfer my Items from one house to the better one. Most were lost And I want them back I dont know how to check answers on contacting Wizard people. I want my stuff back. And if any staff can help me please reply

Did you click on the icon that is labeled "Open Attic"? If you sold your smaller house, that's where the items in it are sent.
