The Easter Bunny purchased a subcription for me and I am not able to access any of the "premium areas" that I should be able to access. I am very frustrated and really need help. We have logged off and logged back on and that has not helped. Can someone help me??? It is making a bummer Easter.
Young Wizard, You must earn you entry into these areas by completing quests that lead up to the areas.
For example, you must complete Unicorn Way before you can enter Firecat Alley.
If you have not completed your required assignments you will not have access to these areas. If you have completed these required assignments and still do not have access, please contact Mr Lincoln at support@wizard101.com.
well greyrose i ported to my level 46 friend in ds ( when i was an adept ) and it let me go to these places in ds:basiclia,plaza of conquests, the tower achrives, the grand chasm, nertropils, the drake hatchery, the crucible, dragonspyre acadmy, the crystal grove, and last but not least the forum.
We have logged off and logged back on and that has not helped. Can someone help me??? It is making a bummer Easter.
