I saw a two headed dog pet once, and even a Black Storm hound pet. For the black hound, I just thought someone dyed their Storm Hound a different color, but as I recall The Storm hound can not be dye.
Not sure what is the black hound then.

The two-headed dog is an orthrus, myth wizards recieve it for there lv48 spell quest. The black storm hound is a danger hound, it was given away as a promotional offer.

The two headed dog is an Orthrus, and you get it for completing the lvl. 48 Myth spell quest. the black hounds are called Danger Hounds and they are sometimes given away for promo events, no other way to get them.
