i agree that happens to me all the time even when i bought a school house for myth and then it took all my gold and i checked my inventory it was not there then i osld all my useless stuff (alot of it) and i got the money to try again and then it said i did not have the money from all the stuff i sold and KI needs to fix ths problem.

If you receive an item in battle, and your backpack is full, it will appear in your bank. If you purchase an item and your backpack is full, it will appear in your bank. (excluding houses)
If you purchased a house or any other item and have been DILIGENT in looking in your bank for it, but to no avail, then contact Customer Support through the Help & Support tab on the left of this screen, or the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page of the website.
