Well, I asked to Mr. Lincoln to tranfer two of my characters and he give me a email saying that the Status are Waiting. I did not understand, I need waiting for Mr. Lincoln transfers the characters? I need wait for Mr. Lincoln check the conditions? Mr. Lincoln are waiting me give more information? Or Mr. Lincoln are so busy, that I need wait he have time? Or the transfer is in progress? Please, give a answer! I'm confused :?!
Have you tried contacting Mr Lincoln again? Just reply to the email you were sent and ask for a time when this will be complete, or why this was rejected.
