You might want to check your options on your account. Login (box at left). Type in your parental control password (if you need one). Look at your chat options. If the word "enable" is at the right side of the options, you need to turn them on. Click on the options you want to turn on.
If this isn't the problem, you might want to contact support@wizard101.com. Use the Help & Support section (list on left side of screen). Then "contact us".
