I know for a fact that Alacane Swiftarrow drops it. It is a one day mount. He also drops several other one day mounts like the black stallion and some broom. I have been farming him for a while to get the sprite he used to drop but not sure if he still drops it since the new pet update. If you have a noob that needs a mount, try farming this guy at the Fireglobe Theater in Firecat Alley with a higher lvl wizard. It IS only a one day mount (and I have gotten 3 of them so far) but they ARE pretty to look at, even for one day. Oh, and on a side note, if you were to get more than one mount while farming, the timer for the mounts start as soon as it hits your backpack. So 24 hours after each time you get it, it will be gone sadly, reguardless of if you are using it or not.
I'm new to the game & have got them from Rattlebone (I think that's his name but he's the skeleton boss in Wizard Way) and Lady Blackhope. I've recieved 4 of them so far between those two bosses in the last 24 hours.
Whats weird is that i got this as a drop from lord nightshade on my first kill.I also surprisingly got a broom from fairy queen and chestnut pony from kraken.
