ok so m friend said when i finished sunken city i would get regenerate so i went and did sunken city ok when i finished it all i got was the xp at the end is this a glitch or am i doing something wrong?

Did you go back and visit Moolinda Wu? She has to give you the spell.

Only Life Wizards get the Regenerate spell, and Sunken City isn't needed to get it. At level 28, Life wizards do a quest in Marleybone for Regenerate.
