This is a dumb question but after i defeated nightshade i ported away and i want to know where he is plz help

There is no such thing as a dumb question.

You'll find him in Stormdrain Tower at the end of The Haunted Cave in Wizard City.

Mr. Nightshade is down at the end of the Haunted Cave on Triton Avenue, in the Stormdrain Tower.
