I wonder why there isn't a quest that involves a princess kissing Halston Baelstrom?

I highly doubt that he was always a talking frog because I have seen no world where frogs prevail (unlike the crocodiles and dogs).

Just a fun(ny) thread concerning the professor of the Storm School!

Might be from marlybone, there are street sweepers there which are frogs.

i thought he was from celestia or maybe the future world coming after celesita there going to be four sooo maybe.........................

PS of course not from Mb he doesn't look like those kind of frogs

A frog is a frog. He also wears the exact same clothing style as the creatures from marlybone.

Frogs are from Marleybone but Halston is smaller then other frogs.

Well, the only places I've ever seen frosts is Marleybone. And he does dress like a Marleybonian. And he does have a Marleybonian accent. My guess is Marleybone...

Well, the Street Sweepers are MYTH creatures, which is the opposite of storm.
If you find any STORM frogs get back to me on it, other than Baelstrom.
