How do you craft the manniquin house item?

i have looked and looked but i cant find it can someond help please!

You can find the recipe for the mannequin at the Marleybone cafter, right outside Digmoore Station.

Everyone is right. She does have the 2 mannequins, but in order to craft them, you have to at least be an initiate crafter.
