The only dragon's that have cards are the Pioneer Dragon, Friendly Dragon, and the gift card Dragons; regular dragons, buddy dragons and summer dragons don't come with cards, sorry.
But just because they don't give a card doesn't mean that they won't give some decent abilities, so don't count your dragon out just because it doesn't give a card, as it could give some talents that could help you out on the battlefield and/or in the pet derby.
Most Dragons dont have cards because they are very common pets throughout the Spiral. If you buy a regular dragon at a pet store, it most likely will not come with a card.
However, any pet that comes with a gift card automatically comes with a card, whether it's Hex or Storm Shark.
