I've searched but didn't find anything that had a response to fix the problems.
A few days ago I purchased a subscription and switched the parental controls (I'm an "older" player) so that I would have more options. Since then I have been unable to chat. I either see "[Username] ..." or if the person can't do text chat one of the available selections will show up. Additionally, I cannot send anything. Since having trouble I have played around with ALL of the chat options under 'My Accounts' and am still unable to chat or see what others are saying.
Does anyone know how I can remedy this problem? Thanks!
