How rare can't card i have?

Hah. Well, i wanted a storm lord treasure card. I told a friend to to make one and gift me it but he said 7 rank T card are enchanted. But how can that i have a fire dragon treasure card?

Sometimes level 7 cards drop from the highest level bosses, but it is very rare that they do so.

Do you trade the fire dragon prior to the upgrade? After the last upgrade, enchanted cards can no longer be traded.

What I don't understand if they can't be traded, than how come they can still be brought at the bazaar?

I played a long time ago where enchanted treasure cards where aloud. I have every almost grandmaster spell that is enchanted. Until the update you could trade them. So you got them before the update
