So, I hit level 42 on my Life Wizard, who is Life and Fire. I went through my "Spell Book" to look for my Training Point, and it said 0. It makes me mad, because I haven't spent any Training Points! So now, I have to do the "Rose" quest JUST to get a Training Point which in fact I should be getting those for Free..
You will receive one training point every 4 levels till 20. This means you will receive them at level 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20. After level 20, you will receive one training point every 5 levels. This means you will receive them at level 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50.
You can also receive training points through certain quests. These training points can be used to learn spells from outside your school of focus. In order to learn higher level spells of a school, you have to first learn the lower level spells.
If you make a mistake, visit Mr Lincoln in Golem Court. He will let you buy your Training Points back with Crowns, and you will lose those spells. You must be at least level 12 to buy back your Training Points. This transaction costs Crowns.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.

What do you mean you haven't spent any of your training points? How the heck did you think you got those Fire spells? Only the spells from your school of focus is free ... everything else requires training points.
