I have only seen this spell once in a video. I have never used it I really wanted the card so i made a balance worked as fast i could then i FINALLY found the same video about 1 year later (I forgot what the spell's name is and it was VERY hard to find).I am guessing it was hard for KI to think of if it should stay or not (kinda like this other balance spell called Power Nova Except it gave 2 pips to everyone on your team).I thought That why dont they bring it back Except it lowers pips to 4.So just say anything about these to spells here.
