The game keeps kicking my little brother and I out of the game. There is no warning and I'm only on for about five minutes. If i send an email to you and the email that i send it from isn't the one i registered with will it be ok?
You need to contact us through the email associated with your Wizard101 account. If you no longer have access to that email account, you can click on My Accounts on the website and change your email address to one you can access.
By any chance are the two of you trying to log in to the same Wizard101 account at the same time? If so, that's not going to work. Only one person can be logged into the account at a time.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
