I have the "Milk Pond" effect in the Wizard City Commons Lake as well, it shows it as being pure white. My bloom setting is off.
Also when I am fighting underneath a area affect bubble such as wildfire, time of legend, etc. the animation of the bubble is very blocky and pixelated and sometimes its hard to see what blades/shields other players have on.
