Star of Celestia Not Regenerating

In the Stellarium, the Star of Celestia is not regenerating for multiple questers. Same issue is occuring in the instance with the circular blue ring (where the bell looking things with the eel minions. This instance has the solution STAR SUN MOON to open the gate for collecting this circular blue ring) located in the grotto I believe.

yes i've also had this issue, had to run it a total of 4 times for everyone to get it :(

Oh man, we figured that one out in about three minutes, just go out and come back in. Sort of a drag though.

Good way to find out who your true friends are, I suppose.
