Before the update we could add a friend to another character by simply having them send a private message. The log on another char and Press R. We can no longer do that? Why? We now have to know the realm they are in and run to find them to add them to our other characters. This does not make it easy for us to interact our other characters with the friends we have made easily. It has become time consuming and frustrating. Please Help!
