Efreet won't cast shield?

My lvl 58 spell Efreet won't cast the -90 shield on the card, is this a bug?

I am sorry I can not help you, but i am just wondering how you get taht spell, my level 58 pyro has tried so many times to get it! but i always fail! Can you help me out?

Shield? He casts a -90% on the enemy to their next attack, kinda like a weakness but a mega one. I know it has saved me a couple of times :)

Efreet doesn't put at -90 shield on you. It puts a -90 weakness on the one you hit.
