This is something that I've been wondering when I duel opponents: Do global cards effect my opponent also? For example, if I cast a global card that increases chances of getting super pips, will that only effect me, or everyone (including my opponent).
Just like PvE (Player vs. environment) it affects both sides. If you cast Wyldfire, your opponent can do more damage with fire. If you cast Doom and Gloom, both of you will have trouble healing. And so on.
