that happende to me when i was at your lvl you just got to figure out were you are going and eventually it fixes itself my got better at the beginning of mooshu so maybe same for you no one can tell
Since yesterday, and so far today the navigation arrow is not working. It's visible, but it does not move. It always points straight up.
There is a thread about the quest arrow problems in the Ravenwood section, "Technical Problems".
