Mounts since they were brought to W101 can only be bought if you want a permanent or one with a bigger limit than 1 day, 1 day mounts can be dropped from various bosses in WC but only ones like brooms, ponies, maybe dragons, and wings. at this point i dont see them adding mounts as drops in Celestia and i have farmed Celestia bosses like crazy trying to find what kind of furniture they drop and never got a mount so my answer is no Hope this helped! :)
