Hello I am looking for an elegant ice hat( the one with the flower). I have farmed everyone and still no luck. Does anyone know if one is dropped. All the other schools have one but ice. I dont think this is fair. If ice doesn't have one. Can anyone help me.

You can buy one from the seamstress in Wizard City. It doesn't have any stats with it, but you can stitch it to one that does. I don't know of any drops for it.
However, if you have 100 Crowns, you can buy a generic Elegant Hat from Eloise Merryweather (the Seamstress standing next to Prospector Zeke in Wizard City) in the colors you want for about 450 coins or from the Bazaar for about 375 coins. Then you can have Ms. Merryweather stitch your favorite ice stats-based hat to it and have the same appearance with good stats.
