Am I the Right Level?

So i'm level 47 and I just entered the Crystal Grove... am I the right level?

That sounds about right. In this case, you will most likely get the Malistaire quest around level 48 or 49. Then you can go to Celestia

Just above average, I would start to work harder so by the time your in Celestia you will be Level 50 or 51. Take a couple of side quests from there.

You should be fine at that level to complete crystal grove; it would be useful but not necessary to be level 48 and get that spell before you proceed to Malistaire.
