I've finally saved up 100,00 gold for the new CL house. I cleared out one of my old houses that I never use. I checked the inside and the outiside, and it said i had NO items anywhere. For some reason, I can't sell it! It says it has to be empty, but it is. I have some wallpaper up. Does that affect it?
In case you're not familiar with removing wallpaper and flooring:
when in your house or dorm room, click on the icon to "place object".
Then on the left side of the screen, click on the icon for just "wallpaper and flooring". After you do that, icons appear on the right side of your screen to "pick up flooring" and to "pick up wallpaper" (not sure of the exact wording on the icons, but it removes flooring and wallpaper).
