hey guys silly question here i was in the bazaar looking at different items for sale and i saw a ring the ring of incentive that i was not sure what kind of boost it gave you it said 4% outgoing with a picture of a leaf and then a picture of a heart what does this ring do? also i saw some items with what looks like a sun with a % what boost is that?
