Crazed forest spirit

I already fought the crazed forest spirit in mooshu, and i am fighting him again for better equipment, but when i get to his dojo, the sigils are on but i cant go in! can somebody help! I despretly need it! :( :( :( :( :( :(

When this happens, try these two things:

1) Back away from the sigils for a few seconds, then approach them again.

2) Change realms.
