connection problems

i have connection problems with wizard101 lately it says it is my end that is causing the connection problems but when i check i have very good connection to my IE and i am confused about that. Please answer

i keep losing connection because you know the thing in the top left corner when its loading things? it wont load so it says i lost connection . PLZ FIX THIS :( :( :(
