Cloaked Bladestorm is glitched!

Okay, I am in the waterworks with my balance, at the end Bosses! They can't see cloaked blades to remove them, but when I cloak Bladestorm, it puts it on me cloaked, but not on everyone else cloaked!

Can this be fixed?

Not only that... it also only puts it on the caster, not the teammates... this happened the other day in Waterworks.
