I know that you are working diligently on resolving the problems with the bright/black flashing lights, but I was wondering if you are close to a resolution?
It is very difficult to complete some quest, because of the problem.

According to an email I received from support, they seem to have found the problem and are working to come up with a solution. Hopefully this will happen in the next day or so! :)
