level 56 life boots can't be crafted

The boots require a regenerate treasure card.
The card is not:
available from the archivist or either library
not available as a recipe to craft
apparently not available as a drop

without the card, the boots can't be crafted.

Do you garden? If so plant white laugh-o-dils. They drop regenerate cards. At least they did before WT update.

They are dropped by the White Laugh O Dil and you might check the Bazaar. I know I sold some in the past.

This card is available as a potential reward from harvesting White Laugh O'Dil plants.
When you're asked to craft something, you must return that item to receive credit for the quest!

Thanks Professor Greyrose,

But what I interpret from your words is that wizards are required to garden before they can craft the level 56 life boots. Since when is it a rule that crafters must also garden? And, since you note that the drop from White Laugh O'Dil is a POTENTIAL reward, we have no guarantee that we can craft the boots even after gardening. Doesn't seem quite fair.

Heck, my legendary, gm artisan, gm (or whatever) gardener doesn't really want to start another garden just to make a pair of boots.

I don't think we should have to garden to collect items for crafting recipes.
