I appreciate that KI reduced the damage and pip cost from what it was in Test Realm. At Level 60 with over 80% damage boost, Dark Pact didn't seem worth it.
It still hits for in the 300 - 500 range on a Death wizard. On non-Death wizards, without the damage boost on Death, they are finding the damage close to 100 - 200. This is especially true for Ice wizards with massive resist. In fact, a lot of non-Death schools are finding Dark Pact more useful than Death wizards. They use it in PvP and PvE.
Supercharge puts up a Storm blade for a Storm wizard. Can Dark Pact put up a Death Blade instead of a Dragonblade for a Death wizard?
Just would like to keep Death's new spell in the hands of Death wizards.

Many (most?) schools don't keep their spells completely to themselves. There are almost always amulets and treasure card versions. This spell allows a death wizard to assist any other player (or minion) which makes them more versatile as a school.
