Marleybone quest bug

In Marleybone,regent square has a bug for Abigail Doolittle.
when you get a quest, you normally have the choice to accept the quest or decline it. Abigail Doolittle's quest does not have a decline quest button.
I am not sure if this is a bug or not. Please fix it

KI recently implemented a new feature that does NOT allow you to decline main quests, since so many wizards were getting stuck without quests in their book. It seems you stumbled upon one of those quests.

KI made changes to the game when they upgraded recently with Wintertusk, etc. Main line story quests cannot be declined. This is not a bug. It helps wizards know what has to be done to go on to the next part of the game.
