Crown Shop

I went to the crown shop to make a purchase, however even though I have enough crowns for the item I can not purchase it. The buy button remains grey.

Any help or idea with this. It would be much appreciated.

Are you trying to buy the Dragon's Hoard pack? Mine greyed out, because my Backpack was or was nearly full. You have to have 7 free slots in your backpack to buy a pack.

sometimes that happens when you have to much items in bag delete/sell the items and you can then buy what you need

Well, what is it you were trying to buy?
Some items like Henchman can only be purchased (when you are ina battle)at particular times.
Some of the items have level restrictions.
